Please complete the team and coach details below.
You will name the players and coach (or any extra institutional reps) attending the NQT Tournament as part of NCT Part 2 Qualification.
However, to complete your National Qualifying Tournament registration you must specify the number of institutional reps who will accompany the 4 player team + 1 coach to the NQT. This is required now so that an accurate invoice for you to process can be generated.
Please remember that all registration fees must be paid by 1/30/2026, or your registration will be cancelled and your "slot" will be given to another team.
"B" team slots will not be made available until after 1/23/2026. If an opening exists, you will receive an email notification and an invoice for the additional fees.
Please note that if you cancel your NQT registration after 1/30/2026 or if your team fails to attend the NQT for which you are registered, your team will be disqualified from consideration for the NCT.
