Each institution is expected to bring five people -- four players, and a faculty or staff Coach. And it does not make any difference in which order the players are chosen.

Any additional people (i.e. institutional reps) from an institution are charged a $2,500 registration fee plus the cost of their room ($1,500) and the cost of airfare (if any). These fees must be paid for by the institution in advance of the NCT.

Each new participant must separately complete their own Participant Registration.
You must also submit a new Institutional Eligibility form with the registrar's seal.

Please use this bottom section of this page to cancel, replace or add an institutional rep to your roster.
If an institutional rep is being replaced, you will be asked to provide information on the replacement institutional rep.
